Gift Card & Promotional Card Terms & Conditions:

This offer is valid only for gift card purchases made in a single transaction between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, while supplies last. A maximum of two (2) Promotional Cards may be issued per customer, per household, and per transaction. Promotional Cards are issued as a bonus only and have no cash value.

Promotional Cards must be redeemed in their original format between January 2, 2026 and April 1, 2026. Promotional Cards not redeemed by this date will expire and have no value. Both Gift Cards and Promotional Cards may be redeemed only for eligible services or retail purchases at Movement Improvement Massage and must be presented at check-in.

Gift Cards and Promotional Cards may not be used toward memberships, wellness agreements, recurring or monthly payments, gratuities, or the purchase of additional gift cards. Promotional Cards may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer and may not be stacked, split, transferred, or applied across multiple visits. Only one Promotional Card may be redeemed per visit.

Gift Cards and Promotional Cards are not credit or debit cards and are not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Gift Cards and Promotional Cards will not be replaced. Standard clinic cancellation policies apply, and failure to comply with these policies may result in forfeiture of the Gift Card or Promotional Card used to reserve the appointment.
